DENN has developed a spinning machine oriented for the manufacturing of cabin ventilation fans used in avionics and cabin ventilation in Cabin Recirculation System Equipments where the surface quality is a must.

Metal gaskets are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, pressures and chemical exposure very common situations within the aerospace industry. These rugged metal gaskets are made of a wide range of materials to accommodate all types of sealing applications.

A process of metal forming by rotation (or spinning) is used for the manufacture of pressure vessels and containers. The special configuration of this sort of machine allows both the starting tube fixation and the “heating” work by means of an external induction unit so that the corresponding fusion of the steel occurs to ensure the container sealing. The pressure vessels are used for oxygen bottles (immersion bottles), CNG (compressed natural gas), hydraulic accumulators, etc.
